
American actress Anna Maria Chlumsky was born on December 3, 1980.[2] As a young girl she started acting. Her most famous work is for her role as Vada Sultenfusss in My Girl (1991)and its sequel, My Girl 2 (1996). After her first role, Chumsky went on hiatus between 1999 and 2005 in order to attend college. She began acting again in independent films like Blood Car (2007), In the Loop (2009). Between 2012 and 2019, she played Amy Brookheimer, a character that brought the actress six nominations for Primetime Emmys in the category of Outstanding Supporting Actress (Comedy Series) along with other honors.
